Introduction to Printmaking Designed for Beginners to Intermediate; Ages 16–Adult • Instructor: Cassaundra Flor Discover the exciting world of printmaking in this beginner-friendly course! Printmaking is the process of creating an image from a carved, textured, or inked matrix that can be used to produce multiple prints. Throughout this class, you'll explore a variety of techniques, including linocut, collograph, monotype, and more. Students will learn the fundamentals of each process while experimenting with texture, composition, carving, inking, and printing. Whether you're completely new to printmaking or looking to expand your artistic skills, this course provides a fun and supportive introduction to this versatile art form. CLASS LIMIT: 12 PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25 studio fee for use of the press due at the first class. This is separate from tuition and is payable by cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal directly to the instructor.
