A few things to know~

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Cancellations and Refunds
:

For 7th Street Studios registrants only. Guest artists' policies may vary.

  • Workshops fill quickly; it is recommended to register for a class or workshop at least one week in advance.

  • All classes require a minimum of four (4) registrants in order to take place.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a class or workshop within three (3) days of the program start date based on an insufficient number of attendees. If a cancellation occurs, you will be notified by email and either a refund (or a credit) will be given.

  • In general, a make-up for a missed class is not offered due to limited class offerings. A class may be pro-rated if registering between the first and second class meetings and is at the discretion of the class’s instructor. We are not able to pro-rate for classes missed with advance notice.

  • For Classes: 90% refund for cancellation up until one week before start date, then 50% up until the end of the first class. For Workshops: 90% refund for cancellation up until one week before start date; 50% up until the end of the day before workshop begins and no refunds day of workshop.

  • Our goal is to cultivate an inviting and rewarding experience for all – students and teaching artists – and any persons exhibiting disruptive or unkind behavior will be asked to leave.
