Unique Opportunity to Rent this Premium Studio Space!

Did you know…

…that in addition to offering art classes and workshops for kids and adults, we also house seven unique studios and resident artists? Each space is as different as the artist that calls it their own – currently we have a framer, a couple of printmakers, a few painters and visual artists and a photographer.

Many of the artists have been creating here for years and rarely does a space become available until now! Perfect for a visual artist, graphic designer, painter, crafter, writer or anyone looking for a quiet place to work.

The Details:

Filled with tons of natural light, this 13' x 15' studio space (195 sq ft) boasts tall ceilings, two large windows and hardwood floors. Located in a historical 1924 business-block brick building in the heart of Perkasie, enjoy the charm of this 2nd floor walk-up work space. Situated within a larger art studio (3400 sq ft) that is a shared space with other artists and art classes, this is a private room with a locking door. The larger art studio contains six other artists’ studios and a large classroom/flex space in a generally quiet atmosphere. Ideal for an artist, crafter, writer, graphic designer or someone looking for a quiet work space.

Please note: This is a work space, not a living space.
