Great for an artist, crafter or writer. $150 a month with a 6 month lease, first and last month rent paid up front. All utilities and WIFI are included. Utility sink on the premises. 
 
There are five other studios with working artists, with usually a quiet atmosphere unless classes are in session in the main space or in the classroom.
