Service Description
Portrait & Figure Drawing Designed for Intermediate to Advanced; Ages 18–Adult • Instructor: Cassaundra Flor In this course, we will be covering portraiture and figure drawing techniques. This includes accurately measuring proportions, creating form through light and shadow, and how to draw features. Working from images, plaster casts, and live models, we will build our techniques to create accurate drawings. Topics will range from light/shadow, gesture, proportion, features, getting a likeness, etc. Having a basic foundation in drawing is preferred. This class can be repeated for further development of skills. In this six week course, there will be a minimum of three live model days. If enrollment permits, we will have four days with live models. PLEASE NOTE: There is a one-time model fee ranging from $20–$60. This fee is based on enrollment and the fee due will be emailed to you a few days prior to class. This can be paid directly to Cassie via cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo on or before the first class. CLASS LIMIT: 12 Student supply list: (list will be emailed upon registration) • One pack 18”x 24” Strathmore Drawing paper (400 series) (24 sheets of paper) • Willow vine charcoal • Compressed charcoal • H pencils (2) • 2B pencils (2) • Cotton rags or chamois cloth • Kneaded eraser • White eraser *you are welcome to bring any other drawing materials or surfaces of your choosing (such as toned paper like grey, grey-green, slate-blue, taupe, etc, and white charcoal or white pastel)

Cancellation Policy
For Classes: 90% refund for cancellation up until one week before start date, then 50% up until the end of the first class. For Workshops: 90% refund for cancellation up until one week before start date; 50% up until the end of the day before workshop begins and no refunds day of workshop.
