Trish Coonrod has been painting professionally for about 25 years. She has a BFA in painting from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MFA from the New York Academy of Art.  After graduating from the Academy she worked as a painter in the studio of Jeff Koons for 8 years, starting in 1996. Conrood is represented by Principle Gallery in Alexandria VA, West End Gallery in Corning NY, Warm Springs Gallery in Warm Springs VA, and Fineline Designs in Door County WI.

 

Coonrod lives in Ithaca, New York with her husband and 2 children, and has been teaching still life painting privately since 2009.  Her work can be seen at www.trishcoonrod.com
