The Island Rover (Harold's Boat Problem) Harold Arndt has spent more than 30 years building an educational schooner out of recycled steel behind his home in Freeport, Maine. After decades of legal conflict with his town, friends, and neighborhood, The Island Rover is on the verge of being destroyed - along with Harold's lifelong dream of teaching and sailing on the ocean. This story is a look at the intricate lives and opinions swirling around a self-described eccentric, along with the enormous impact he has had on the coast of Maine over 80 years. Currently featured at the Santa Monica Film Festival About Jordan Meeder A resident of Perkasie, Jordan is a freelance filmmaker, editor, and videographer. "His goal is to work enough that he can continue to make weird films about whatever he wants." Jordan's film "Gillis Cane Company" won the CRISFF* Award (2019) for Best Documentary Cinematography. *(The Cutting Room International Short Film Festival)
